The company was formed in 2002 as a sole proprietor, a year later the company had grown significantly and was registered as a close corporation. Three years later, in 2006, MC Process (Pty) Ltd was registered, the company now averages +- R100 Million turnover per annum. With a total staff complement in excess of 25 experienced individuals.
