MC Process’s research and development department in conjunction with our Laboratory is aimed at identifying new and innovative technologies which will further develop our current range of equipment, while providing cost effective solutions to the market.
We are currently working with Anglo’s research and development department to develop an extremely efficient separator of which details cannot be given at this stage.
Our other current focus lies on electrowinning, ion exchange and hydro metallurgical solutions. MC Process has also just completed a fully functional mobile dissolved air flotation plant. This plant is trailer mounted and can be booked out for research on your own premises. We do also have a trailer mounted Teeter Bed Seperator for testing at your own premises. We will shortly have a laboratory scale teeter bed separator for really small samples where the customer needs results in a short time frame. Other projects include an electrostatic separator which has proven to be highly efficient and is now being further developed.
MC Process is always open to new ideas and will gladly work together with other companies to develop these ideas and existing equipment further.
