The Turbine Attrition Scrubber uses low power consumption with high energy attritioning at low capital and operating costs.
The improved utilization of space ensures maximum attritioning within the working zone.
The simple and effective design offers optimal utilization of volume and power. No power is wasted in the pumping.
It has no risk of scale up issues as the particles impact at 10mm distance from the impeller.
Smaller blades are more power efficient and the design prevents radial losses.
Multiple pass attritioning in a single unit - turbine attritioning.
Tank, discharge and inlet box easily maintained and the polyurethane impellers are replaceable.
Modular design
The air drying process allows pneumatic conveying of dry flocculent powder to be deposited to a remote system e.g. the top of a thickener
It can be supplied as an integral packaged unit
High shear attritioning of the newly wetted discreet flocculant particles
Gentle mixing of the wetted flocculant for ageing
No inter-stage pump between wetted flocculant and storage
Flocculant transferred via a dart valve
Static mixing of concentrate flocculant and dilution water
Dissolved air flotation (DAF) bulk water treatment system is a separation process in the water and waste water treatment.
The removal function is based on the reducing density of the particle. This is achieved by producing aggregates of the particles and the addition of micro air bubbles. The bubbles lift the aggregates to the water surface where they can be removed as sludge.
This is highly effective in removing solids down to micro levels.
The cost effective small foot print is efficient in treating large volumes.

Clay cake macerator
MC PROCESS has launched high energy conditioning by introducing an attritioning zone on the feed. This ensures intimate mixing of the feed material and the flotation chemicals, optimising the precondition of the flotation feed.
Specialization Areas
Particle surface modification
Solid liquid separation
Liquid/liquid separation
Water treatment (DAF)
Flocculant make-up
Thickening
Flotation
Metallurgical test work
The Clay Cake Macerator is a product of the Research and Development Department of MC Process, and essentially breaks down clay cakes into smaller particles, thereby reducing, if not prevent screening blockages.
Features of the MC Process Clay Cake Macerator
Variable Speed Drive
Advanced safety features: over torque, proximity metering, audio and visible alarms
Easily maintained
Dramatically improves plant uptime
