Pressure leaching is a system that recovers metals far more rapidly than conventional atmospheric leach.
VAT leaching is highly cost effective and uses extremely low power compared to fine grinding required by agitation leach processes. If your plant is located in a high rainfall area, has power constraints or you need a low capital cost plant, VAT leach offers an interesting prospect.

Accelerated leaching offers an extremely rapid leach. The combination of oxygen addition, gas dispersion and gas hold-up is used to optimise Gold recoveries. This system operates with clean surface particles in conjunction with an M C Process attrition scrubber.
