Dissolved Air Flotation ‘DAF’
M C Process has developed a robust and reliable DAF unit that is a combination of conventional dissolved air flotation with an easily removable Lamella system.
Dissolved Air Flotation should be an essential component of all mining applications, in that it prevents environmental damage. It can be used in most industrial applications as it treats raw water for re-use and is a necessity on all effluent streams.
Multiple units are operating under arduous conditions in central Africa. The DAF system compliments the M C Process SX system and has been used in complete turnkey projects.
Major features available from M C Process DAF:
- Solids down to bacteria size as well as oil and organics are removed
- Our process produces micro sized bubbles, which are removed by the variable depth scraper
